- Organize your space -Cluttered physical space = cluttered mental space. Take the time to organize and feel your mental clutter break free.
- Eat right – Think about what’s fueling your body, what we eat determines how we feel. Cook at home whenever possible. You’ll save money and know exactly what you are consuming.
- Take time for yourself – We all need time to decompress and collect our thoughts. Read a book, go to lunch with a friend, go away for a weekend by yourself. These are not selfish acts and will actually make your more patient and grounded with those you love.
