| How to use | Step 2 After cleansing. Toners prepare your skin for optimal absorption of your favorite serum and/or moisturizer. Toners also remove the impurities that the cleanser couldn’t reach, as well as any cleanser residue, and balance pH. Spray directly onto face, neck, and décolletage or soak a cotton ball to apply. This product is very refreshing to the face! I love the smell and it is so easy to apply. No cotton applicator needed. Just spritz on and allow to dry. My daughter also loved it. Highly recommend.
